Observer Discussion Group
Do you get The Observer, the United Church of Canada’s monthly magazine? Would you like to gather over coffee for an hour’s discussion about some of the articles that have grabbed your attention recently? Would you like to hear what everyone’s talking about, and what The Observer is?
You are invited to join an informal discussion group on Wednesday, October 28, at 2pm here at St. Paul’s. Our first discussion will be based on an article concerning the Rev. Gretta Vosper, a United Church minister who has declared that she is an atheist. The article we will consider raises questions not only about her calling, but also about the church’s review of her ordination vows.
