Senior Fitness

exerciseOur qualified instructor, Wendy Saunders, challenges seniors with fun exercises in two sessions: “50+” (more vigorous) at 9:00 am, and “Senior Fitness” (lighter) at 10:00 am.  Winter-Spring sessions begin on January 5, for 20 weeks, with a registration fee of $70. These funds are used to pay our instructor and to make donations to St. Paul’s towards heat and electrical costs. To register, phone Marge (372-4570).
