Senior Fitness

exerciseOur qualified instructor, Wendy Saunders, challenges seniors with fun exercises in two sessions: “50+” (more vigorous) at 9:00 am, and “Senior Fitness” (lighter) at 10:00 am.
The 2018 Fall session begins on Tuesday, September 11th,  meeting every Tuesday and Friday morning until December 18th. Cost for the Fall session is $50.00. To register, phone Marge (372-4570).
